Check the IMEI devide

Dear Apple company,

I bought an iphone at a retail store but i suspect it's a shoddy and has been repaired, while the deal says it's new.

After using 1 month, my phone screen was broken, besides I checked the imei number on 1 internet link, the phone's color is blue, while the store sold it to me in yellow.

So can the Apple company help me check the IME number of the device, what color is the original color of the device so that I can complain to the store.
