Someone else's name and address is linked with my email/username

I've been trying to set up the app for 2 days. I got the trial to work, but was thrown out after two episodes. I logged back in, but when I checked my settings there is a name and address (in Brazil!) linked to my username. I live in England. Also the default billing currency is rupees. The whole thing screams fraud. I can't subscribe as I can't change the fake name and country, and I am really reluctant to link any banking information to my account. Completely baffled as to how someone else is linked to my email username, and to why Indian rupees is my default currency - never been to India or bought anything in rupees. If anyone can shed some light that would be greatly appreciated.
