Resource Unavailable error in Apple Music

I'm repeatedly getting the "resource unavailable" error when trying to listen to music that's stored in the cloud. No clue what's going on, but for the moment you've driven me into the arms of Spotify. Let's hope this doesn't last long, or I may have to make it a more permanent arrangement.

Unable to play downloaded songs on Apple Music offline I would like to start by mentioning that I have never experienced this problem until the update came that introduced lossless and dolby atmos audio options to the Apple Music. Afterwards, I redownloaded the songs to have them play dolby or lossless online and offline, and my songs would play for 10-15 seconds and then stop playing. It only continues to play when I turn my LTE on, so no offline playing. I saw a suggestion under a similar question to change all options (download, stream, offline etc) to the same setting, and after choosing high frequency lossless on all 3 options and redownloading the songs, the same problem persists. Songs play for a couple seconds and then stop until I turn on internet. I am seriously considering switching to Spotify if this issue is not fixed, which is a pity cause I did enjoy listening on Apple Music..

Songs cloud status "waiting" for months I subscribed to Apple Music and have a music library of over 4,000 songs. For several months, over 2,200 songs have had the cloud status of "waiting" and cannot be played. How can I fix this? I've tried updating the cloud library and turning it on and off. I am so very frustrated that I cannot play half of my music and am fearful I will never be able to play them again. Help?!

Are you still experiencing the issue? It seems there was an outage for some users that has since been resolved. When unable to access a service, it's recommended to view the system status page to see if there's any outages: System Status - Apple
