I have reset my AppleID twice, but now get "unable to sign in" when I try to login on my iPhone13 to Apple Store

How do I get iPhone Technical Support for a password reset that is NOT working properly for me to now login to Apple Store from my iPhone 13 Pro Max?

If you are attempting to log into the App Store on your device, I have read at least 3 other posts today where others are having the same problem.


The App Store is showing an outage at this time in the link below.
