Maps -- how do I report "issues" and add locations

In previous editions of Apple's Maps there was a menu item to report issues, and I was able to correct a couple things, & add some local locations. Great - I loved it.

In Maps Version 3.0. [Version 3.0 (2684.22.9.15.14)] I can't find the menu item, or a button, to report _anything_. This morning I entered a medical facility open for about 1 year, and Maps couldn't even find the street name. So how can I tell Apple an update is in order? Am I so blinded by previous convenience?

Mac Pro, macOS 12.1

Well, it is there quite prominently, I think (though I have not actually followed it through):

Maps->Report an Issue...

I figured it out. Maps help says that to report an issue, "you must have a Mac with Apple silicon, the Apple T2 Security Chip, or a Touch Bar." My Mac Pro is late 2013, and hence apparently too old for those alternatives. This is sad, because the reporting function was there in previous MacOS's. But not in Monterey.
