iPhone 13, iOS 15.4 wi-fi connected, internet keeps dropping

I have done every troubleshooting possible from apple and other forums outside of a full factory reset. I don't see any other posts about my problem. I have a solid internet connection. Everything is working fine on all other devices both apple and other manufacturers.

I can not pinpoint the exact moment, but it seems after iOS 15.3 was installed, my phone keeps dropping the internet connections. The wifi still shows that it is connected, and the signal is strong, but it periodically keeps dropping service while still showing I am connected. This happens every minute or two and I am forced to turn the wifi on my phone on and off again to reestablish the connection. This is not unique to my own home connection. It occurs at my school, local coffee shops and friends and families houses. It is clearly a hardware issue.
