I currently have Apple (iCloud/iTunes) Match. I’m thinking about subscribing to Apple Music or Apple One and I was wondering if it’s included in the subscription. None of the existing help articles seem to clarify that.

Yes, the Apple Music subscription service (standalone or part of Apple One) includes the matching/uploading features of the iTunes Match service. You can subscribe to Apple Music (or One) and then cancel the pending renewal of iTunes Match. You iCloud Music Library will remain unchanged until you select new content from the Apple Music service to add to it. If/when you choose to cancel your subscription remember to download all of your own matched/uploaded content before the subscription expires.
