Apple Music reauthorization

My Apple Music is asking me to reauthorize my subscription under a name that is not mine. I cannot play the music without reauthorizing. Trying to play it on my Sonos..

the subscription ends in May with access until then. I could cancel it but not sure what that might do. Thanks
