Can’t send photos

Does anyone else have issues trying to send photos on text message or messenger my iPhone 12 got shipped to get fixed so I had everything transferred to my loaner phone which is an iPhone XR and it gives me a error on messenger that the catche is failed and on iMessage i can click on the photo but it doesn’t give me the blue arrow to send
