Garageband no replied - Audio Unit plugin AUPitch update error

My Garageband suddenly keeps not responding, and the only way is to shut it down. I've tried to reinstall Garageband and restart Mac several times; however, it still didn't work. The Chinese word showing on the screen was '' Updating Audio Unit plugin AUPitch....''.

Hoping this problem could be solved asap, I truly need to use the App.

My operating system is macOS Monterey 12.1

MacBook Air (2020 or later)
