Whatsapp video call black screen

I have iphone 13 pro max. When someone call me on whatsapp audio call and switch it to video my iphone screen turn black only in whatsapp and call is switched. my face is visible on others mobile but there is nothing in my phone can somebody help me in this case ?

WhatsApp video call screen doesn’t touch on top and bottom of the screen. I have iPhone 13 pro and suddenly today while doing any video call on WhatsApp the call screen was not full screen like not touching the top and bottom and the background wallpaper of WhatsApp was seen at the top and bottom. It was working fine earlier. Tried reinstalling WhatsApp and display zoom to standard too.

iPhone 13 pro max facetime glitch Brand new iPhone 13 pro max video cuts out during Facetime. The other persons screen will freeze or blur out with a triangle with an ! in it. Contacted support and did all the trouble shooting things so far. Haven't done a restore yet. I'm frustrated that a phone that costs over a $1000 doesn't work the way it is supposed to. I have had to do a system restore to fix the focus glitch. It's not my provider or connection because I never had this problem with my other iPhones. Doing a search about the problem I see that has been an ongoing issue. Does anyone know if there is a solution?

I have this question too and I asked whatsapp support about it and they said they couldn't do anything about that.
