Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator connection broken by Monterey 12.3

Hi, MacOS Monterey 12.3 has been updated. After the update, "smart object" connection between Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator was broken. This problem does not exist in previous versions. Will I have to wait until the new update comes? This issue is stopping our work. This is very bad. (Error code: 1703)
