“Imported photos” clearly there but not in main library

Good day. Though my editing software I can successfully export photos into a specific folder and then through an Automator script update that folder into iPhoto.

I can clearly see the photos in the “Imported” tab of iPhoto however they will not display in my main library hence not in the main photos display nor in any of my devices.

These photos are taken on the date of export and should be shown at the end of my photo timeline.
