Hi there, I’d like to take a still photo from my video clip. Like a freeze frame as a photo. Apparently there are apps to do this, but is there an easier way? And not screen shot method which leaves a black border? Thanks!

It seems you're trying to take pictures from a video and we want to help.
Doing a screenshot and then cropping out any letterboxing is going to be one option that's built in to iOS.
