Disney plus log in

I have the iPhone 12 pro and my wife has the iPhone 12, I have been trying for several months to log into disney plus on my tv, the tv display a verification code that one enters on the phone to set it up on the tv, my phone and my wife's always get the same error message as invalid password, I've had other people try it on my phone and same message, they do it on their phone and it goes thru. Is something wrong with my phone, how do I trouble shoot this, I've already removed the app several times and reloaded it and restarted my phone each time. Anyone having this problem?
