PURCHASED ITUNES RINGTONE HELP!

Hi,

After months of waiting finally a ringtone has come out on iTunes I purchased this as per normal, no pop up came to set to default like previous ringtones I have purchased, I then download as per normal, head to sound and haptics go into ringtone as per normal download and nothing happens the download button disappears and my downloaded ringtone sitting in iTunes still hasn’t come over to my phone.

has anyone had this issue before and rectified it? Any help would be much appreciated.
