How do you stop iPhone 13 Pro from making Picasso Oil painting pictures?

When the light is less than ideal, the iPhone 13 Pro seems to computationally attempt to remove noise and smooth images the effect being something like a Picasso oil painting. There appears to be no way to stop this in the settings - there is no Smart HDR toggle like in previous iPhones. How do I stop this?
