When using universal control between a MacBook Pro (13 inch M1) and iPad Pro (2018), the scrolling feature (using the MacBook trackpad on iPad) is often laggy or non-responsive. Other features work fine. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I have same problem. when i turned on universal control my wifi connection either on macbook or ipad keep disconnecting and try to reconnect again. and when its finally connected its very laggy on my ipad screen.
Same thing with my devices Macbook Pro 16" on Intel + iPad Pro 12.9" on M1, even when connected via USB cable. Not only laggy, but it disconnects from the network from time to time which is really annoying: I need to manually reconnect.
It is very obvious that when the cursor between two devices is smooth, there's no network connection on one of the devices.
