I recorded a video and it had sound. The. I went to upload it to Instagram but turned off the sound so you couldn’t hear what was in the background. No the original video will not give me an unmute option and it won’t play the sound.
I also tried online and it’s the same thing…. I do not know what to do.

If you are not hearing the sound in the Apple Photos app, you can tap edit and confirm that the speaker icon in the top left corner is not greyed out. If grey, tap it to unmute the video.

Hi I can not hear the sound under photos or on my laptop or on Instagram. When I uploaded the video from photos to Ig I turned off the sound for the video. Now I can not figure out how to turn it back on
