Will you check the contents of your saved playlists on MacOS, please?

About a week ago all the contents of my saved playlists, Apple created, personal and shared all seem to have the music removed from them. The play button does not work either. I am using the left navigation to select playlists.

OS 12.3

Music 1.2.3.56

Music works fine on my iPhone.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Resolved. I got onto Apple Support, they suggested I switch off and then back on 'Sync Library'.

  1. Open the Apple Music app.
  2. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Music > Preferences.
  3. Go to the General tab and select Sync Library to turn it off. If you don't subscribe to Join Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC - Apple Support or https://support.apple.com/kb/HT204146, you won’t see an option to turn on Sync Library.
  4. Click OK.

Then reverse steps.
