Update region/country

I am trying to update my region but can not do so because I have two or more apple accounts. I canceled them or at least I think I did but I am still unable to update my region. Can anyone help me with this?

Did you cancel the Apple TV subscriptions? If you followed the steps here Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support and still cannot change, then use the Get Support link at the bottom of the page to contact Apple Support for help.
