Apple watch stopped recording HRV

My Apple Watch 6 series stopped recording HRV. The watch is still recording heart rate, resting heart rate, etc. In the Health app, the last HRV recording is from December 12, 2021.

I am not doing anything different from before when it would record multiple times a day. My fit has not changed at all, so please do not suggest that.

My software is up to date on both the iPhone and the watch. The watch is listed as a data source for both HRV and beat to beat measurement.
