Recent photos and videos not syncing with iCloud backup
I've backed up my phone twice in one day and synced to my PC but my newest pictures and videos are not showing up on iCloud. What can I do?

The iCloud upload sync process is distinct from backing up your phone.
Open Photos
Tap library
Scroll to the bottom
You'll see your item count (pictures and videos), beneath that, your current iCloud status.
