waiting status at Itunes for months

I have thousand of musics in "waiting" status at Itunes for months, all musics that were available before...

Are you using a new computer rather than the one originally used to match/upload your music? At the source machine File > Library > Update Cloud Library would normally work to complete the process, but if you don't have the relevant files on your computer now it may be too late to fix things.
