iPhone 13 overexposed pictures

Hi,

when I do a picture with the apple camera app, it always overexposed the picture. Also when I do the right exposure and the photo is taken, I open it in the photos app and you can see that the picture gets processed automatically. And darker areas get brighter as well as brighter areas burn out.

no filters are selected etc,
