I can get my iMessages to froward to iPad from my phone

I need to get my iMessages from my iPhone to sync to my iPad. It only shoes my email address on the pad

Unable to send iMessages to myself on my iPhone X When sending a "text" message to myself using my iPhone X, it only sends SMS messages (green bubble). Apple ID for iMessage I’m using my Apple ID for iMessage it work for sending messages to other iPhone user but when I try to send to an android user it says not delivered when I try to send it again it still says the same what do I do?

iMessages do not sync between iPad and iPhone. The iMessages independently travel to/from these devices.

It’s not at all clear what you’re trying to do.

What does “it” mean here? Does it mean that’s all you see at Settings > Messages > Send & Receive? If so:

Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support
