Hey There I went on the internet it says The Wi-Fi network could not be joined.

Try moving closer to the wireless router. Alternatively, run Wireless Diagnostics to troubleshoot.

It didn't print so much We need to get an Xfinity!

Hi,

Have you tried rebooting the router (unplugging the router for about a minute, then plugging it back in and waiting for a few minutes until it's fully booted)?
