I’m trying to connect to my Wi-Fi away from home but the Xfinity keeps saying unable to join network I already contacted xfinity they helped me twice but still didn’t work I tried everything

I’m trying to connect to my Wi-Fi away from home

When you are away from home, you have to use Public Wi-Fi, see this Apple article: Use captive Wi-Fi networks on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

Or use Mobile Data.

For sure go to -> Settings -> Mobile network -> Mobile Data -> ON.
