iPhone 13 Pro.Night mode not working

I am using an iPhone 13 Pro. I have noticed that the Night Mode on the native camera app is not working. Ideally, the image has to be captured at the manually selected exposure time(shutter speed).But the final image, after processing, shows a random exposure time(short exposure).I contact apple chat support and visited an authorized service centre too. But nobody seems to have any clue about the issue. Please refer to the image- the time for which the image was captured was 5 seconds) . Am I doing something wrong here? Please help!

Night Mode Camera I got a iphone 12, and whenever i go into a semi, or fairly dark room. The night mode indicator on the top left shows how long it'll be taking the photo, usually 2 or 3 seconds. but on my phone, it just spazzes numbers 1, 2 and 3. like it cannot decide how long it'll be taking the night mode picture. i'm wondering if it's an issue or it's just normal. Camera night mode I have an iPhone 13 pro. When I first got it I would take amazing night mode pictures, but ever since I updated it to IOS 15.2. My night mode quit working. My daughter has an iPhone 12 Pro and hers takes better night mode then mine.
