Rear camera not clear.
The rear camera on iPhone xs max is not clear. It will not read QR codes because they are blurry and it won't read a check if you want to do a mobile deposit. Then lens was changed twice and didn't help.

First, try to perform a „Force Restart“ on your iPhone. Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If the problem still persists, it might be a hardware issue like a faulty image sensor.
