Loading wheel and Lock Screen

The loading wheel is frequently appearing on my phone and going back to the Lock Screen.

And occasionally when the loading screen appears, the phone screen gets dark and all the notifications sound are heard but nothing is visible.

I have updated to iOS 15.4 and try hard reset but the problem still persist.

How can I rid myself of this nightmare?
