So I bought an iPhone 12 and the 25€ wired earphones from Apple last September. So today I just noticed how bad the mic quality of these earphones is. So I would like to ask if there is a way or some tips to solve this problem. Whenever I speak, the other person hears a huge echo and very choppy and laggy voice.

Check the charging port for lint or other debris and see this:
If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Then test with the Voice Memos app.
