My 2nd gen apple pencil not showing in bluetooth after “forget device”

My 2nd gen apple pencil not showing in bluetooth after “forget device”.

It all started when i want to use my apple pencil but its not working like when i had the tip nib problem, I checked the tip nib and it’s fine and didn’t loose. and i realize that the apple pencil battery percentage didn’t show on my ipad just “APPLE PENCIL”

I looked on the internet and tried restart my ipad mini 6, update the latest software, and re-pair the bluetooth connection. And now my apple pencil didn’t showing in bluetooth connection just the “Apple pencil” sign pop up every time i put it on the magnet area.
