Thanks for these direct numbers as both their websites send you off in other directions, including to user forums like this one. But I recalled another software download I had produced similar problems of the .dmg file not downloading when dragging the file icon from the installer window for that software to the Applications folder, showing up as only an alias. The developer of it said that the Apple OS did not recognize certain kinds of .dmg files. They recommended dragging instead to the desktop, let it install there, then drag from the desktop to the Applications folder. So I did this with the TurboTax, & it worked to open the software with it properly located in the Apps folder instead of just an alias. Hope this helps anyone else having this same problem.
