Monterey 12.3 not able to run Update on Apple M1 Max (MacBook Pro 16-inch)

Logic board has been replaced on my Apple M1 Max (MacBook Pro 16-inch) since then the upgrade process is failing. All seems normal at beginning, downloading OS and restart the MacBook Pro but the system does not take the update. The MacBook Pro 16-inch is brand new bought beginning of March 2022.

Reboot into Safeboot mode and try running your update again.

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and try again your update.
