Download speed very slow on Apple TV

My download speed very slow on Apple TV, does anybody knows what can I do?

That likely means the Apple TV is in an area of your home that has a poor Internet connection. Please use a tool such as iStumbler to check. However, it is always safe and wise to do the following first:


·      Unplug Modem from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.

·      Unplug Router from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.

·      Unplug Apple TV from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in and retest the system.



If you find you still have a problem, that means you might need to upgrade your network.

Hi,


Unfortunately it is not a connection or internet speed problem, as Netflex using the Apple TV works perfectly.

I did reset the Apple TV and no updates where required or available, so that did not work as well.

If I try to see the move during the afternoon it works fine but during th enight it does not work, far too slow, so the problem is dependent from the specific time of the day but again it is not an internet speed issue, as I did run a test and Netflex works fine.

Any suggestions?
