iOS 15.4 Storage Bug?

After updating my iPhone to IOS 15.4, my storage suddenly went weird. My voice memos app was taking up ~400 GB worth of storage. When I deleted all my voice memos and even the app itself and even restarted the phone to see if that helped but it still continued to show up in the iPhone Storage, with 318.94 GB.

How to remove Voice Memos files on my iPhone? Issue Offloading Apps to Free Up Storage I need to free up storage to update my iPhone. I am trying to offload Voice Memos, as it takes up almost 1GB, but when I try to offload it, the app still takes up the 868MB or so, even though the download icon is next to it and I cannot open it anymore. The three apps I offloaded previously have the same issue. What is causing this, and how can I actually offload these apps to update iOS?

That is definitely odd. We'd recommend backing up your device and restoring as new to test. Then, restore for backup to get your data back.

Back up and restore your iPhone or iPad to your Mac or to iCloud - Apple Support

I’ve tried this but after a few days the bugs came back and it’s so annoying. Besides that, battery life also so bad
