How to delete a Smart Playlist in Music app

As the Smart Playlist is not deleting from your Mac, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Restart your Mac and try again.Do you see these playlists on other devices? If so, try to delete them from there. Boot your Mac into safe mode, How to use safe mode on your Mac, and try to delete it there. Restart your Mac when you're done.

1. From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen, choose System Preferences.

Are you an Apple Music subscriber? If so, are you seeing the Smart Playlist on other devices that also sync your Apple Music library as well? Can you test deleting the playlist from another device?
