Iphone 13 can't her android callers on outgoing calls

My iphone 13 max pro, 15.4 software, when making an outgoing call to an android phone, they can hear me but I can't hear them, after about 30 sec I get the "Call Failed" screen. When receiving the call both parties can hear each other. Doesn't seem to be all androids, just randomly, no issues with other iPhones. I have done a restart, reset network settings, airplane mode off and on, bluetooth off, not connected to headphones. Issue doesn't seem to be mic related because other calls everything works just fine.
