roll-back iOS 15 firmware?

latest iOS 15 firmware update does not allow disabling of VoLTE, or selecting 3g, 4g or LTE.

I cannot use my iphone 11 pro now at my home because of neighbor's Verizon LTE extender repeatedly picks up my cell conversation and drops it!

Disabling VoLTE on iphone has prevented neighbor's LTE Extender from messing with my calls for last year. Latest iOS 15 update ruined it all!

Local Apple store says they cannot roll-back my phone firmware to 'pre-iOS 15'. With my wife's iphone, I now have $2,000 of Apple phones I can't use at home.

Anybody got any fixes?

It has nothing to do with iOS 15. It’s because your carrier is decommissioning all of their network protocols except for VoLTE, so their latest carrier settings in iOS 15 removed all means of accessing the networks that will shortly no longer exist. AT&T has already shut down their 2G, 3G, 4G networks (On March 1), Sprint has also, and Verizon is in the process right now.
