downloading pictures from icloud

If you can't download photos to your iPhone storage even though you've freed up space, these steps could help.

If you haven't already, you'll want to Restart your iPhone. Restarts resolve issues both big and small.

Then double-check your device storage and see how much you have free. You might want to free up a little more space than the minimum amount in the iCloud error message shown in your screenshot.

1. Go to Settings.

2. Tap General.

3. Tap [device] Storage.

This information is provided in Manage your photo and video storage.

How much storage do you have available? Were you able to clear enough space and still getting the message?

Make sure that you are using the latest iOS version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
