Trying to add a Disney Pass to apple wallet and unable as it states Apple Pay services are currently unavailable, please try again later. Other cards and passes are uploading ok.

How do I make this work? Disney say it is an apple problem

Erm. Yes. I have been trying on and off since yesterday. It is in fact on my husbands iPhone. I have managed to add my passes and my kids to my wallet but he gets that error. He has friend signing out and back in again on both the Disney app and Apple ID on the phone. We have the same model phones.
