Can a face id camera still be fixed if it gets water damaged or apple gonna say you need a new phone like they always do?

They will offer you an out of warranty replacement, or you can buy a new phone.

Thank you for your helpful answer because I went to apple support and they told me take to an apple authorized repair which is a waste of time…apple psh unreal.
