Monterey monitor issues

Hi,

Since I updated from BigSur to Monterey, I have strong issues with my double monitors : 

NEC SPECTRAVIEW 271 : Display Port to USB C

SAMSUNG S24F350 : HDMI to HDMI on a Belkin Dock plugged with USB C

As a video editor it's quite a problem. 

The issue appears when I "wake up" the Mac or when I open then close back the laptop (for example when I use the cam for a zoom conference). When I close back the laptop and plug back my Belkin Dock, screen stays black, then the mac crashes with monitoring issues and color artefacts around the windows (see photos attached). 

When I work only with the MacBook Pro there is no issue at all.

I know that they are some monitoring issues with Monterey 12.3 but my issues appeared with 12.1

What else can I do but downgrade to Big Sur ?
