Unable to download Firefox or OfficeLibre. Running Monterey v12.3 and Safari v15.4 (v12.2 and v15.3 also did not work). Additionally, tried to download a .pdf from a vendor site, same problem. Attached are images from Firefox attempt. Seems there is no problem downloading Chrome. Thoughts?

That did it, thanks! My mistake was when I went to Safari > Preferences > Websites > Downloads, instead of changing "When visiting other websites", to "Ask", I changed the permissions for the individual website. The install file for LibreOffice is now sitting in my Downloads folder. Thanks again!
In Safari > Preferences > Websites > Downloads, change "When visiting other websites", to "Ask". Then try again.
