"There is not enough icloud storage"
Hello. I upgraded my icloud storage to 50GB but there is still a problem saying that: "There is not enough icloud storage" At least 700items has not been yet uploaded due to this problem. Please help me fix it..

That message would indicate that the remaining space for your iCloud Storage would not be enough to store the additional files that you are attempting to upload.
We'd recommend checking your currently used and available iCloud Storage and either deleting content from iCloud or upgrading to a larger iCloud Storage plan.
