Hi all, I have you YouTube app on my phone. When using this app and someone calls it doesn’t ring and in my case the caller gets an engaged tone as I have no v/mail set up. This happens at home on my WiFi. I’ve seen other posts saying this happens in Edge, but I’m using my home WiFi. My daughter often watched YouTube on my phone meaning I frequently miss calls.
can anyone help and advise why this happens? Can I turn this off so calls come through?
