Kernel Panics on Mac mini M1

Hey folks,

I keep on getting frequent kernel panics after wake up on a Mac mini M1. All software components are up to date. Only peripheral is an external monitor connected with an Apple HDMI-DVI adapter. CORE 1 is the one that panicked. First Kernel Extension in backtrace is com.apple.iokit.IOMobileGraphicsFamily-DCP(343.0)

Question: Is the panic related to the graphics drivers because of the external display? Please advice.

Thanks!

Matt

PS

Here is the complete dump:

Thank you for your feedback, Matt.

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question.

If you want to attract more expert help:

You might need to include finer details:

eg:

    • model (year) of Mac mini M! :you have
    • actual Mac OS version that is installed
    • details of the external monitor
    • Kernel Panic logs ( "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports" ( eg: file name that begin with "kernel" and end with ".panic")
    • May want to try a safeBoot and test and see if the issue persists
