Why my Apple tv this video isn’t available to watch in the country or region you’re in ?

i stay in Indonesia, which is the country is available for apple tv, but they say my country isn’t available . Can you solve it how i can watch?

FYI we had the same problem and couldn't resolve it by logging out and back in to Apple, reloading the app, checking the Country and Location, etc,. with no luck. I got on the phone with Apple Support, we went over everything, and finally Carla had me power down and reboot our modem. That cleared up this problem.

Hi guys, I think I got the resolution here. It seems that apple cannot tolerate of using specific ISPs, here I am using MNCPlay and I cannot play anything. And then I changed the internet connection using my iPhone cellular data (via WPAN/Personal Hotspot), and everything’s going back to normal. I don’t know the long term solution to this issue, but at least we got a resolution at the moment. Cheers! Enjoy TV-ing!

I have the same exact problem as well, happened in all of my devices (iPad, Apple TV 4K, iPhone 11, Macbook Pro).

This started happening for me since I started watching Pachinko episode 6, which was released on April 15th, 2022.

There was no issue when I watched Pachinko ep 5 on April 7th, 2022.

Please let us know if you had changed any regulations within Apple TV+ coverage. Thanks.


Note: I also don't use any kinds of VPN in all of my devices

I am based in Ukraine. Until several months ago Apple TV+ worked without a hitch and how I am getting this error pop up all the time. Sometimes I can watch an episode, sometimes it stops mid-episode. Logging out of the account and logging in didn’t help. Nor did rebooting and even resetting the router. Apple messed up something badly! I am waiting for the support team to come back to me. But it’s not OK!
