DFU mode

Hi,


yesterday I took my MacBook Pro 2020 i5 intel to the repair shop as it was stuck in a reboot loop. After contacting the shop I was informed that they were trying to access DFU mode via another MacBook but they are struggling because of increased security measures by Apple on the Monterey OS. Has anybody else experienced this problem?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.2
